Assignment 18A- Create a Customer Avatar

My product can be sold to both businesses (nail salons) and individuals. In this assignment, I will describe the target individual. She lives in Tampa, Florida. She is a mother of 3 (a 2-year-old girl, a 6-year-old boy, and a 10-year-old boy). She is a stay at home mother where she takes care of her children when they are not in school (her daughter does not attend school, so she is always watching her). She drives a grey 2019 Mercedes GLS SUV so that she can drive her kids and their friends. When she has free time, she likes to watch home improvement shows on HGTV and then gets inspired to remodel her own home. She also likes to watch all of The Real Housewives shows, The Bachelor/Bachelorette/Bachelor In Paradise, and Grey's Anatomy. Along with watching TV, her hobbies include shopping, reading, getting her nails done, and spending time with her family. She really loves to read Nicholas Sparks books such as Safe Haven and the Notebook (love story books).

I do not have much in common with her. She is a mother to 3 children and is married. She has her hands full taking care of her children and her home. What I do have in common with her is that we both get our nails done and have busy lives. I do not think it is a coincidence that we have this in common. I came up with this idea because I have such a busy life and getting my nails done for 1 – 2 hours every 2 – 3 weeks takes a lot of time and effort. I want to help those in the same situation as me.
